What album is the song Here Comes My Baby by Cat Stevens on?

I know it from the movie Rushmore but what album is it originally off of?? There's also songs like Portobello Road and I Love My Dog that I can only find on that huge box set from about 2001...but how were they originally released?

I Believe the album is called "Cat Stevens" (That "Here Comes My Baby", and "I Love MY Dog" are on) Portobello Road is on "Matthew Son", again I'm pretty sure.
